*Butter Swim Cookies*



*Ingredients :

°2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

°2 cups of milk

°1 stick of butter

°4 teaspoons baking powder

°4 teaspoons of sugar

°2 teaspoons of salt

* Directions :

1) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2) Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3) Next, add the curd and mix all the ingredients together until a moist paste forms.
4) Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and pour it into an 8*8 or 9*9 baking sheet (making sure the pan is not too small or shallow so that the butter does not does not drip during cooking).
5) Place the batter over the melted butter evenly using a spatula to spread it evenly over the pan until it touches the sides.
6) Cut the unbaked dough (it should be swimming in butter at this point) into 9 equal squares.
7) Bake for 20-25 min or until golden brown.
