PHILLY CHEESESTEAK

 


*Ingredients:
° 2 pounds ground beef
° 1 yellow onion, cut into cubes
° 1 chopped pepper
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° 1 tablespoon cornstarch
° 1 cup of beef broth
° ½ cup A-1 . steak sauce
° 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
° Slices of provolone cheese
° Hamburger bun, slider

*Directions:
In skillet, over heat, cook and ground red meat, onion, pepper and salt until red meat is no longer pink. behaviour.
Stir in the cornstarch with the ground red meat and stir until the beef is coated in the cornstarch. Add red meat broth, A-1 sauce and steak seasoning. Stir together and let boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. The mixture should be thick and thick as soon as it stops heating.
While the beef is boiling, set the oven to BBQ and place the buns on a cookie sheet. Butter each loaf. Roast it for just a few minutes.
When the beef is cooked, use a slotted spoon to pry it out of each back bun. Place a slice of provolone cheese on the pinnacle cake. Roast for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.
Spread top bun with cheese on bottom bun with Philly Cheese Steak. Eat hot!
