*Ingredients
°1 pound (454 g) macaroni
°1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
°3 tablespoons sour cream
°3 tablespoons cider vinegar
°1 teaspoon of mustard
°2 teaspoons of sugar
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 teaspoon black pepper
°1 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
°1 cup red bell pepper, diced
°1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
*Preparation
Cooking macaroni according to pack directions, drain & rinse.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and black pepper.
Add the cooked macaroni to the dressing.
Add celery, red pepper and parsley.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
