*INGREDIENTS :
°150g flour
°125g crunchy peanut butter
°25g soft butter
°125g sugar
°1 egg
°1/2 teaspoon baking powder
°1 pinch salt
*PREPARATION :
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Beat the egg with the sugar and the soft butter in a bowl.
3.
Adding peanut butter also mix well.
4.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt then stir.
5.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
6.
Using 2 tbsp. tablespoons, form small piles of dough on the plate, spacing them well.
7.
Bake the cookies for about 11 minutes.
8.
Leave to cool on a wire rack after removing from the oven.
9.
Stored cookies in an airtight container until serve
